What it found
A side project with no deadline and no scope grows until it stops being fun, which is the point at which it stops. Both died the same way, which makes it a pattern rather than bad luck.
The work
What was actually built
Neither of these has a justification and neither is asking for one. Frosty Spark is at frostyspark.dev and Pathfinder is at path-finder.dev.
Both outgrew the weekend they were meant to fit in, and both stopped before they were finished. They are listed here because a lab that shows only the things that worked is a brochure with a different name, and because the reason they stopped is genuinely informative: a toy with no constraint expands until it is work.
