The product in front of the crisis models, for somebody who is not an engineer and is having the worst day of their year.

What it found
The model was never the bottleneck. Saying one useful thing to somebody who cannot read a paragraph was, and that is an interface problem rather than a machine learning one.
The work
What was actually built
The models and the dataset are the easy half. The hard half is a person who has twenty seconds of attention, no patience for a chat interface, and a specific question they cannot quite phrase.
Crea.ai is the attempt. It is live at crea-app.dev.
What kept being wrong was length. Every version that explained itself properly was a version nobody would read under stress. The useful shape turned out to be one instruction at a time, with the reasoning available but not in the way.
